Due to the Covid19 pandemic the 2nd Session of the IOC Group of Experts on Capacity Development (GE-CD) will be held as an online meeting on 2 and 3 September. The first Session was held in 2018. The meeting will review the status of implementation of the IOC CD Strategy, look at the results of the 2nd CD needs assessment survey (which will be open in July and August 2020) and discuss the startup of the IOC Ocean InfoHub project.
